Resin Diamond Burs Mixed Grit.

Our resin diamond burs are avaible in a pack of 7 which includes 4 x capping and shaping burs, including the following grits yellow 200, red 400, blue 800, green 1500 and 3 x polishing grits including 3000, 6000 and 10,000.

These can be used as stand alone or combined with sintered and electroplated burs during your gem shaping, sanding and smoothing procedures. 

Manufactured from a resin mix the industrial diamond compounds are mixed in and as the layers are rubbed away during the process new layers of diamonds appear.

These burs are long lasting and great value add for your gemstone tool kits.

Keeping your burs and stones cooled with water is essential whilst grinding to stop the burs overheating and stones cracking.

Ideal for use with rotary tools and flex-shaft machines and are compatible with standard/adjustable rotary tool collets.

Please note: These burs require running in using 1 of our oxide sharpening sticks to remove manufacturing seam.

• A P2/N95-grade mask is strongly advised whilst grinding/polishing to avoid breathing airborne particles into your respiratory system.
